Refund Policy For Artificial Flowers & Plants 

Refunds are only offered for defective or damaged products upon delivery.  

Claims for damaged goods must be made within 48 hours of delivery, with supporting photo evidence.  

If eligible for a refund, the Customer will receive the full purchase price excluding the delivery fees, unless the product was defective.

Returns are accepted within 14 days if the product is in its original condition.  

Return costs are the responsibility of the Customer, except in cases of defective products or deliver errors.  

If the Seller changes delivery costs after the order, the Customer will be notified, and any discrepancies will be addressed before shipping.  

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, a refund or replacement will be issued.

Custom-made or modified artificial flower arrangements cannot be returned unless they are defective.
