The delivery of flowers & plants will be scheduled in consultation.
If you are not satisfied with an item purchased from our webshop, it is possible to return it within 14 days. Please send an email to vera@bloom-concept.com to initiate the return. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
Unfortunately, custom-made bouquets cannot be returned. Before delivery (and thus before the distance purchase agreement is finalized), we will always ask for your approval by sending photos and videos of the custom-made bouquet.
If you choose an existing bouquet that requires modifications, such as length adjustments or any other custom changes, returns are not possible. These situations are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at vera@bloom-concept.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
